The subject of the contract is the processing of two separate construction documentations with the titles "Optimization of the line section Český Těšín (excluding) - Albrechtice u Českého Těšína (including)" and "Optimization of the line section Albrechtice u Českého Těšína (excluding) - Havířov (excluding)", namely: - Processing of the notification of the intention pursuant to Section 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "EIA notification") of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment, as amended. The Client reserves the scope of this performance (item No. 26 of Annex No. 4 of the SOD) as a change to the obligation under the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100(1) of the ZZVZ. - Preparation of Project Documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the procedure for the permit of the plan, obtain a valid permit of the plan (construction permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified body in the phase of issuing the permit of the plan and the activities of the OHS coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OHS plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. - Processing and submitting an application for the issuance of a permit of the plan according to the Building Act, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a permit of the plan (construction permit).
