Czechia – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Rekonstrukce provozní haly a přilehlých prostor SÚ Libeň – PD

The subject of the public contract entitled Reconstruction of the operating hall and adjacent premises of the Libeň SÚ - PD is the preparation of project documentation (PD) including the provision of engineering activities to optimize the use of the Libeň SÚ premises. The subject of the contract is composed of the following parts: Part 1: PD for the reconstruction of the operating hall of the Libeň SÚ 0P31 (6th dormitory hall) Part 2: Feasibility study for optimizing the use of the ČD, a.s. Libeň SÚ premises Part 3: Project documentation for optimizing the ČD, a.s. Libeň SÚ premises Part 4: Project documentation for the decentralization of the heating source of the ČD, a.s. Libeň SÚ premises and the reconstruction of the heating systems of the buildings. The subject of the public contract is specified in more detail in the Binding Model of the Contract for Work (Annex No. 1 to this ZD) (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). According to Section 124 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority will conclude a Contract with the selected supplier. The selected supplier will be the participant in the tender procedure, whom the contracting authority selects on the basis of the rules for evaluating tenders set out in Article 8 of these ZD ("selected supplier") in accordance with the ZZVZ and these ZD.
