Czechia – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – "RS 1 VRT Světlá nad Sázavou - Velká Bíteš"; Zpracování dokumentace pro povolení záměru (v režimu BIM)

The main subject of the performance is the execution of the work consisting of the processing of: a) Processing of separate project plans for: 1. "RS 1 VRT Světlá nad Sázavou - Velká Bíteš, part 1 - Světlá nad Sázavou - Velká Bíteš" (hereinafter referred to as "Part 1"), 2. "RS 1 VRT Světlá nad Sázavou - Velká Bíteš, part 2 - reconstruction of the Jihlava junction" (hereinafter referred to as "Part 2"), 3. "RS 1 VRT Světlá nad Sázavou - Velká Bíteš, part 3 - Velká Meziříčí - Kozlov" (hereinafter referred to as "Part 3"). b) Processing of separate documentation for the permit of the project pursuant to Section 157, paragraph 2 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 in detail the content of the documentation for issuing a joint permit for the construction of the railway (to a limited extent) pursuant to Annex No. 1 of Decree No. 583/2020 Coll. c) Processing of separate documentation for the assessment of the impact of the project on the environment (hereinafter referred to as the "EIA documentation") pursuant to Act No. 100/2001 Coll. for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3, including processing of the application for issuing a binding EIA opinion, submission of the EIA documentation to the authority competent for issuing a binding EIA opinion, ensuring activities related to the process of assessing the impact of the project on the environment within the meaning of the cited Act and obtaining a positive EIA opinion. d) Processing of the work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model. A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is provided in other parts of the tender documentation.
