The aim of this phase is: • Delivery of the information system application for internal use • Import of existing data into the application to enable updating • Collection and evaluation of current data on the technical condition of water supply and sewerage systems • Unification of data with the requirements of Decree No. 428/2001 Coll., as amended, which implements Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage systems for public use and on amendments to certain acts • Model estimate of demographic development of the Central Bohemian Region | Based on the underlying analysis and demographic development, this stage will: • Propose further development and expansion of the water supply and sewerage infrastructure in individual municipalities, or parts thereof, if defined in the given municipality • Verify the capacity and functionality of the existing infrastructure • Take into account current spatial plans, demographic development and needs of municipalities, or parts thereof, if defined in the given municipality • Prepare a structured database of the needs of municipalities in the area of water supply and sewerage in the detail structure and using the naming conventions set out in Decree No. 428/2001 Coll., as amended • Complement proposals for technical solutions, a timetable and investment needs • Ensure compliance with new legislative requirements and the European Directive on urban waste water treatment • Ensure that the information system application is made available to the public and ensure compatibility with the DTM and IS VAK (Information System for Water Supply and Sewerage of the Ministry of Agriculture)
