The subject of public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the repair and maintenance of linear highway-type fencing, including fencing of related buildings, and the repair and maintenance of fencing of other buildings under the administration of the contracting authority. The expected scope of repairs, especially after traffic accidents or natural disasters, may include, depending on the type of fence: - replacement and addition of mesh and tension wires - replacement of posts, gates and access gates, or their repairs - addition of missing hardware components, balustrades, chain link fences - repairs of other integral parts of fences and barriers built for the purpose of protecting wildlife - earthworks, addition of missing soil and terrain modification, addition of crushed gravel - inspection of the condition of the fence, maintenance of the structure, partial alignment of the structure, tensioning of fields - maintenance of vegetation on the plane and on the slope near the fence The contractor will ensure DIO, if necessary in terms of the position of the workplace and safe access to the fence, or will proceed according to the instructions of the contracting authority in the call. If necessary, the contractor will ensure the appropriate technical means necessary for the activity, including equipment for workers and securing the workplace in terms of health and safety regulations. The performance will include taking photo documentation before and after the repair work. The performance will also include the disposal of all waste generated in connection with the implementation of the contract.
