The subject of this part of the public contract is the acquisition of an ICT SW solution for the Citizen's Portal of the city of Jindřichův Hradec, including the provision of related services. It will include the processing of the necessary analyses, creation of a design, development, implementation, user training, trial operation and tests, data migration and creation of documentation, etc. /hereinafter referred to as the "Citizen's Portal"/. An integral part of the performance will be services related to ensuring the operation/support of the Citizen's Portal for the duration of the project's sustainability, i.e. 5 years. | The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of a SW tool for communication automation (chatbot) and services related to the chatbot (delivery and implementation, integration into the Citizen's Portal, creation of a knowledge database, testing, training, pilot operation, handover of documentation, etc.). An integral part of the subject of this part of the performance of the public contract will be services related to ensuring the operation/support of the chatbot, for the duration of the project's sustainability, i.e. 5 years. | The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of HW and provision associated with HW necessary to ensure the functionality of the Citizen Portal and other SW acquired within the framework of this project. An integral part of the performance will be services associated with ensuring operation/support for the duration of the project's sustainability, i.e. 5 years | The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of SW for process robotization (RPA) and provision associated with RPA (process analysis, delivery of SW tools and licenses, creation of RPA sequences, testing, training, delivery of documentation, etc.). An integral part of the performance will be services associated with ensuring operation/support for the duration of the project's sustainability, i.e. 5 years.
