The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive supply, implementation and technical support of software and technical resources (hereinafter referred to as "HW and SW") to support the increase in the level of cybersecurity of information and communication systems, including their infrastructure, in accordance with cybersecurity standards under the Cybersecurity Act. The subject of the public contract consists of: • Development of a deployment project • Supply, installation, configuration of hardware to the extent specified in Annex No. 1 of this tender documentation, including implementation into the existing infrastructure, delivery of all documents necessary for the takeover and use of the supplied technical equipment. The contract includes the installation of the supplied software and technical resources, including all necessary implementation work into the existing infrastructure of the contracting authority, including the delivery of all necessary material (power panels, optical cables, etc.). The contracting authority requires a warranty period of 60 months for all parts of the contract (including all components and subsystems). The contracting authority also requires service coverage from the manufacturer with the elimination of equipment defects no later than 24 hours after reporting. • Training of the contracting authority's employees for administrators and for users of installed technologies, preparation of operational documentation in the Czech language. • Provision of technical support services for system operation.
