The subject of the public contract is the delivery and implementation of the Information System, which consists of a hospital information system and a portal (hereinafter also referred to as the "IS", which consists of the "NIS" and the "Portal") in the environment of the contracting authority. The new IS will be implemented in two basic stages, where in the first stage the original NIS of the contracting authority will be replaced in the scope of basic (necessary) functionalities and in the second stage the additional functions, including the Portal, described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation, will be implemented. The new NIS will be accessible via terminal devices in the form of stationary or portable computer stations, or for selected functionalities using mobile devices. The performance includes the provision of support and development services for an indefinite period. The participant also specifies in its offer the necessary database environment licenses for the operation of the new IS, i.e. the NIS and the Portal (database licenses are part of the performance of this public contract). The performance does not include the supply of supporting infrastructure, however, the supplier is obliged to state the minimum requirements for this infrastructure in the tender (for more details, see paragraph 11.4 of the tender documentation and Annex No. 8 of the tender documentation).
