The subject of the public contract is the provision of performance by the supplier in: i. DEVELOPMENT PHASE OF GEOPORTAL 2, which consists of the development of Geoportal 2, which means its creation, implementation and ensuring its verification operation for testing purposes, including ensuring the infrastructure for verification operation, and the migration of Geoportal 2 to the infrastructure for its live operation, ii. OPERATIONAL PHASE OF GEOPORTAL 2, which means ensuring the live operation of Geoportal 2 after the completion of the development of Geoportal 2 (i.e. the completion of the work) and the provision of services for its development. The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the annexes to the tender documentation, in particular in Annex No. 2 (binding draft contract). More detailed conditions are further specified in the tender documentation (due to the scope, not all information is provided here).
