The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the road lighting system using an energy-saving solution thanks to LED luminaire technology. The lighting system is powered by cable and overhead lines. Before the actual implementation, traffic safety will be ensured at the site of construction and assembly work. Construction coordination with the owners of the technical infrastructure and owners of adjacent roads or land must be carried out. During the reconstruction of the lighting system, the system's power supply will first be disconnected from the distribution network. The reconstructed part will then be dismantled according to the bill of quantities. As part of the reconstruction of the road lighting system, complete arming of individual main switchboards is considered to ensure the proper functioning of the work. Electricity meter switchboards and billing measurements at consumption points powered from the LV distribution network must be carried out according to the requirements of the electricity distributor. The switchboard must be equipped with protection in the event of a fault and automatic disconnection from the source with protective grounding and protective bonding must be ensured under specified conditions. Where it is not possible to achieve automatic disconnection within the required time due to the high impedance of the fault loop, additional interconnection must be made. The switchboard must be adapted to the installation of limiters to limit high inrush currents caused by switching on LED technologies, which must meet electromagnetic compatibility. After the replacement of all luminaires according to the project is completed, an inspection report and passportization of the actual state of public lighting will be prepared.
