Czechia – Medical equipments – Dodávka nového CT přístroje

The subject of the public contract is the supply of a CT device for the TGM Hodonín Hospital, p.o., and its warranty and post-warranty service and other related services. The supply will be carried out in accordance with the medical purpose and with the technical conditions and other requirements specified in the tender documentation and according to the technical specification specified in Annex No. 2 to this tender documentation - Technical conditions, which lists detailed requirements for the technical solution of the subject of the public contract. This involves the supply of a new, unrepaired, unused, fully functional and complete medical device, including accessories or technologies of the highest quality provided by the manufacturer and together with all rights necessary for its proper and uninterrupted handling and use by the buyer, including professional assembly, installation, commissioning and including personnel instruction. All activities in relation to the supply must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and technical and other standards applicable to the subject of the public contract in terms of its nature and method of use.
