The subject of the public contract or the subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement for the supply of spare parts within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the ZZVeřZ ("Framework Agreement") with one selected supplier for the period until 31 December 2026. The binding draft of the Framework Agreement forms Annex # 3 to the tender conditions. The selected supplier will be obliged to conclude, as a tenant, with the contracting authority as lessor, in addition to the Framework Agreement, a lease agreement for premises used for business, in which it will be obliged to operate a Spare Parts warehouse, in order to ensure the acceleration of deliveries of spare parts implemented under the Framework Agreement ("Lease Agreement" and "Spare Parts Warehouse"). The binding draft of the Lease Agreement forms Annex # 6 to the tender conditions. Spare parts ("Spare parts") mean spare parts for buses of category M2, M3 ("Buses") manufactured by Iveco Czech Republic, a. s., IČO: 48171131, with its registered office at Dobrovského 74, Pražské Předměstí, 566 01 Vysoké Mýto, or by another group company within the Iveco Group N.V. with its registered office at Via Puglia n. 35, 101 56 Turin, Italy ("Manufacturer"), which manufactures Buses under the brand name IVECO or IVECO BUS. Further specifications are contained in point 3.1.3. of the tender conditions.
