The subject of the public contract is the supply of DZP panels for tram lines, including fastening elements, according to the model example further specified in this tender documentation, which forms Annex No. 5 to this tender documentation, under the conditions and within the deadlines specified in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 2 to this tender documentation. The supply also includes the delivery of related documentation enabling proper identification of individual items by the contracting authority and proper use of the subject of performance by the contracting authority. The subject of the performance of this public contract is specified in more detail in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). The contracting authority draws the supplier's attention to the fact that the tender documentation is a summary of the contracting authority's requirements and not a final summary of all requirements arising from generally applicable standards. When preparing its offer, the supplier must always comply not only with the requirements contained in the tender documentation, but also with the provisions of relevant laws, decrees and other binding standards.
