The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of a car including a driver for the President of the CAS. The provider is obliged to always provide the same car and driver. A change of car is possible only in the event of a breakdown or service. A change in the driver is possible only due to obstacles on the part of the employee or with the prior consent of the Contracting Authority. The car including the driver must be ready and available during working days from 7:45 to 16:15. Upon request 24 hours in advance, trips on weekends or holidays or outside the specified hours will also be required. The distance of the trips ranges from short (up to 1 km from the headquarters) to long trips abroad (within the EU). The expected annual mileage is 20 thousand km. The Contracting Authority has 1 parking space designated for parking the vehicle of the President of the CAS at its headquarters. Minimum requirements for the vehicle - sedan version with higher equipment, i.e. with two-zone air conditioning, automatic transmission, independent heating, heated front and rear seats. Furthermore, it must have an engine power of at least 190 kW, 4x4 drive, parking sensors, without visible carrier markings, in neutral metallic color in shades of dark gray (preferred), black, blue or silver, year of manufacture: 2024 and later.
