Czechia – Office block construction work – D3 SSÚD Kaplice vč. křižovatky Na Vyhlídce a vč. Kaplice – ZTV Samoty

Construction of the area of the Detached Highway Administration and Maintenance Center SSÚD Kaplice, which is designed on the D3 highway route in the D3 section 0312/I Kaplice nádraží – Nažidla. SSÚD will ensure the administration and maintenance of the highway in a section of approximately 25 km (150.85 MÚK Dolní Třebonín – 175.54 Border crossing with the Republic of Austria, MÚK Dolní Dvořiště). The SSÚD also includes a separate area of the Highway Department of the Police of the Czech Republic, a separate area of the IZS units, including the HZS and ZZS, i.e. the fire rescue brigade and the medical rescue service. These areas form separate units within the construction with their own property, functional, operationally economic and technical solutions. The work includes the construction of land buildings, i.e. administrative buildings, operational and garage buildings, including technological equipment of buildings and technologies to ensure the operation of individual areas. The fulfillment of the public contract also includes the construction of engineering structures and related infrastructure, i.e. outdoor terrain, communication and garden improvements, as well as engineering networks ensuring the connection of the areas to existing engineering networks located outside the area of the areas. The fulfillment of the public contract also includes the construction of a transport connection to the D3 motorway and the village of Kaplice.
