Czechia – Office furniture – Nábytek pro MŠMT 2025 – 2028

The subject of this public contract is to ensure the supply of office furniture, including its transport to the destination, handling, assembly, unpacking and disposal of packaging material. The expected required quantity of individual furniture items (including their technical specifications), which are to be supplied by the supplier based on the requirements of the contracting authority, is specified in Annex No. 1 of the ZD - Definition of the subject of the contract, while the contracting authority is not obliged to take the specified quantity of furniture. The demand will respond to the current needs of the contracting authority. The result of the tender procedure will be the conclusion of a Framework Agreement within the meaning of Section 132, paragraph 3, letter b) of the ZZVZ, which will be in accordance with the conditions set by the contracting authority in these tender conditions and the offer of the selected supplier. The Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") will be concluded for a period of 4 years with only one supplier, without renewal of the competition, who, within the said 4 years from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, will supply furniture to the contracting authority on the basis of the implementation agreement, which is Annex No. 3 to the Agreement - Implementation Agreement.
