Subject of the public contract Execution of painting, varnishing and related works (hereinafter referred to as "painting works") for the contracting authority according to its needs. The volume of painting works is distributed unevenly over individual months. The largest volume of painting works is carried out during the summer months (June - September) during the total closure of healthcare workplaces. At this time, painting is also carried out simultaneously in 8 bed wards in the Bory Hospital and Lochotín Hospital areas. Healthcare wards are painted even during operation, so the Contractor is obliged to adapt to the release of space and follow the instructions of the Client's manager. Characteristics of the subject of the public contract: The contracting authority requires the following painting and related works as part of the performance of the public contract: - removal and movement of furniture; - covering surfaces (floors, windows, doors, furniture), including the supply of covering material (covering furniture and floors with foil and textile painting foil, covering windows and doors with foil); - scraping old paintings (removing unnecessary dowels, staples from walls, scraping loose parts of old painting, if necessary, even over the entire surface, possibly tearing off wallpaper, removing enamel paint); - insulation (for example, isolating stains or spots on the wall that cannot be painted over in the standard way, such as blood, disinfection, mold, etc.); - painting spatulas; - plastering the base, filling holes, cracks and unevenness (performing minor surface repairs, acrylicing joints and corners, small stucco repairs or the finest gypsum putty, or refined plaster); - washing and washing; - painting (at least 2 coats); - rough cleaning (removal of cardboard and foil, restoration of the premises to their...
