The Moravian-Silesian Region (hereinafter referred to as the “central contracting authority”) carries out the tender procedure in the capacity of the central contracting authority pursuant to the provisions of Section 9, Paragraph 1, Letter b) of the ZVZZ on behalf of the entrusting contracting authorities, which are entities established or founded by the Moravian-Silesian Region, or other public entities in the Moravian-Silesian Region, e.g. municipalities and their contributory organizations (hereinafter referred to as the “trusting contracting authorities”). The purpose of this tender procedure is to introduce a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as the “DNS”). The DNS will be introduced for a period of 4 years. The central contracting authority subsequently assumes the award of public contracts in the DNS at unspecified intervals depending mainly on the needs of the entrusting contracting authorities. The subject of the public contract is the supply of hygiene and cleaning supplies according to the current needs of the entrusting contracting authorities.
