Carrying out an internal inspection of a steel pipeline intended for transportation (hereinafter referred to as the "product pipeline") located in the Czech Republic and owned by ČEPRO (hereinafter referred to as the "internal inspection"). and concluding a framework agreement for the work with one supplier, i.e. establishing the framework contractual terms and conditions for individual subcontracts (hereinafter also referred to as the "work" or "service"). Internal inspection of steel pipelines includes the following types of inspections: magnetic inspection (MFL), ultrasonic inspection (UT), combined inspection (MFL) + (UT), high-resolution geometric inspection, hardspot inspection, crack inspection and X, Y, Z inspection locating the findings on the map (related to the marker field network supplied by ČEPRO) as well as other work or services necessary to perform such an internal inspection, which also includes the preparation of written output reports from the internal inspection and the provision of the supplier's software program, which is used to process data from the internal inspection, including the provision of free non-exclusive licenses for 5 users for an indefinite period of time (hereinafter referred to as "SW defectoscopy"), all according to the specific needs of the client.
