The subject of the Tender is the provision of public passenger transport services for the purpose of ensuring the transport serviceability of the Pilsen Region by public rail passenger transport in accordance with Section 2 of the ZoVS in the period from the date of the national timetable change in December 2026 to the date preceding the date of the national timetable change in December 2036 in the territory of the Pilsen Region for the operation of trains on the P3 Pilsen - Domažlice city line. The subject of the Tender will be fulfilled on the basis of a Contract concluded with the carrier that submits the most economically advantageous offer. The Contract will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the amount of revenues will be fully borne by the Client. The duration of the Contract is 10 years. Further information is provided in the Tender Documentation and in the annexes to the ZD.
