Czechia – Railway engineering services – Implementace ETCS Regional Tachov - Planá u Mariánských Lázní

The subject of the public contract "Implementation of ETCS Regional Tachov - Planá u Mariánské Lázní" is: a) Preparation of Project Documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the procedure for the permit of the plan, obtain a valid permit of the plan (construction permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified body in the phase of issuing the permit of the plan and the activities of the OHS coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OHS plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. b) Processing and submitting an application for the issuance of a permit of the plan according to the Building Act, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a permit of the plan (construction permit). The Contractor will cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become legally effective. c) Performance of the designer's supervision during the preparation of the PDPS.
