a) Ensuring collection at the intervals specified in Annex No. 1A to the Tender Conditions – Binding Price Form) and Annex No. 2 – Binding Draft of the Innominate Contract and its deposit at the appropriate landfill. b) Ensuring continuous waste records and reporting on waste production in a given calendar year. c) Ensuring activities in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, and implementing regulations to this Act; the selected participant will perform all services for the performance of the public contract at its own expense and responsibility. d) The contracting authority requires that containers of 1,100 liters, marked Z, be equipped with a lock. e) Annex No. 1 lists objects with an address (location of the object in the territory of the capital city of Prague) for the collection of mixed municipal waste under serial numbers. The following data is provided for each object with an address: container volume, number of containers, waste group, type of waste, frequency of removals, collection day, number of meters of dumping. The contracting authority requires the participant to fill in the following data for each serial number: total bid price in CZK excluding VAT, VAT amount expressed in CZK, total bid price in CZK including VAT, unit price for dumping excluding VAT. f) The contracting authority requires the participant to fill in the total bid price for services related to the removal of mixed municipal waste in Annex No. 1A to the Tender Conditions for 158 containers. The participant shall fill in the following data: • total bid price related to all costs of ensuring the removal of mixed waste and its storage at the relevant landfill (a total of 158 containers) – total bid price in CZK excluding VAT, VAT amount expressed in CZK, total bid price with VAT expressed in CZK, unit price for dumping all containers excluding VAT.
