The subject of the performance is the fulfillment of the remediation limits given by the Decision on the imposition of corrective measures to remove the old ecological burden in the DS PHM Nový Bohumín – I. Stage of the CEI OI Ostrava, file no. 9/OV/4867/00/Veng dated 21 July 2000. The aim of the work is to eliminate the risk of migration of the free phase and dissolved RL in groundwater from the area north of the lands of ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. and to increase the effectiveness of the remediation intervention in the area of the former DS PHM. The implementation of a hydraulically incomplete sheet pile underground sealing wall (hereinafter referred to as the "PTS"), which will be connected to the existing sheet pile wall along Rafinerský lesík (northern edge of the site) and the existing foil PTS along the border of the shopping center area (eastern border of the site), will allow separating the focus of groundwater pollution, which is located north of the acquirer's land (on the land of a third party) from the already remediated land in the ORLEN UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. area and achieving compliance with the remediation limits of the Decision of the Czech Environmental Protection Agency OI Ostrava.
