Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – SEZ – odstranění staré ekologické zátěže ve společnosti MOIS s.r.o. v Chomutově

The subject of this public contract is the implementation of activities according to the project documentation entitled "SEZ - removal of old ecological burden at MOIS s.r.o. in Chomutov", prepared in November 2023 by LELIO KP s.r.o., which is Annex No. 3 to the ZD. The subject of the performance is the remediation of old ecological burden in individual areas: in area I, this concerns: - extraction and removal of oil sludge; - extraction and removal of above-limit contaminated soils; - technical reclamation of the area; in area II, this concerns: - monitoring of surface water quality; in area III, this concerns: - remediation of the rock environment and groundwater polluted by aliphatic chlorinated hydrocarbons. The aim of the work is to implement corrective measures imposed by the decision of the Czech Environmental Protection Agency, the Regional Environmental Inspectorate of Ústí nad Labem and to meet the set remediation limits.
