Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – UPOL - Sběr, svoz a likvidace směsného komunálního odpadu a tříděných složek komunálního odpadu 2025 – 2027

The subject of the public contract is for the needs of Palacký University in Olomouc: • providing services consisting of the collection, transportation and disposal of: - mixed municipal waste, - sorted municipal waste - plastics, - sorted municipal waste - paper, - sorted municipal waste - glass - sorted municipal waste - biodegradable waste, - sorted municipal waste - metals; • providing collection containers for this waste for use, including ensuring their maintenance and cleaning, all in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 273/2021 Coll., on details of waste management, and other generally binding legal regulations related to waste management issues, for a period of three years from the date of entry into force of the contract. The location of the collection containers, the interval for providing services and the Client's property rights to individual containers are listed in Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation.
