Czechia – Road-repair works – Oprava povrchu silnice III/47310 Václavovice – Horní Datyně

The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for works with one contractor for the execution of construction works within the framework of the construction "Repair of the surface of road III/47310 Václavovice - Horní Datyně" in a continuous length of 1.20 km. This is a repair of the road surface, the purpose of which is to eliminate the emergency structural and technical condition of the road. The existing road shows a significant level of defects and its condition is assessed as emergency due to the expired service life of the cover and intervention in the road during the construction of engineering networks. The area addressed is the corridor of road III/47310 in the territory of the Municipality of Václavovice, in the section from the intersection with road II/473 Frýdecká Street to the intersection with road III/4701 Václavovická Street, including this intersection. The road repair will be carried out in the existing directional and width arrangement of the road with reinforcement of the cover. The construction site is accessible from the existing road. The construction is located directly on road II/478 and access is also possible from roads I/11, II/473, III/4703 and III/47310. A diagnostic survey of the road was prepared for the repair proposal. With regard to the width of the road, construction will take place with partial traffic restrictions. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signs, in places as needed with the assumption of using alternating one-way traffic controlled by traffic lights. The road is expected to be completely closed for the necessary time, namely during the cold recycling of the base layer and the subsequent final laying of asphalt compacted layers - according to the technological equipment of the construction contractor in question.
