The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the adjustment of the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts for: a) the production and supply of up to 90 passenger railway carriages with a speed of at least 230 km/h, enabling connection into a non-traction fixed set with pressure-tight inter-car crossings, fully capable of operation on standard gauge railway lines of 1,435 mm in Europe (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cars" or individually as "car"), specifically the following types of carriages: • Afmpz - 1st class driving carriage, with a capacity of at least 44 seats; • Ampz - 1st class carriage with a capacity of at least 55 seats; • BRmpz - dining carriage (seats at tables) with a 2nd class compartment, with a capacity of at least 26 seats in the 2nd class carriage and at least 18 seats in the bistro; • Bbmpz - 2nd class multifunctional car with 3 seats for PRM passengers, PRM WC and seats for children with a capacity of at least 50 seats; • Bmpz = 2nd class car with a capacity of at least 80 seats, • Bdmpz = 2nd class car with space for transporting at least 12 bicycles with a capacity of at least 60 seats and with a standard UIC inter-car interface b) supply of spare parts and structural units of the exchange system
