The subject of the public procurement contract is the supply of furniture to: a) robotics classroom b) polytechnic classroom c) electrical engineering and foreign languages classroom d) metal-wood workshop e) polytechnic office. The subject of the supply is always new and unrefurbished goods. The subject of the performance must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations, as well as in accordance with all requirements set by the contracting authority in the tender conditions. Detailed specifications and more detailed requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of the public procurement are set out in Annex No. 1 to the draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the draft Purchase Agreement is the List of Subject of Performance).
