The subject of the central above-threshold public contract awarded in an open procedure is the provision of a service - carrying out laboratory examination - NAT testing of blood donor samples and blood components (plasma, platelets) from collections for the production of transfusion products and collections for the production of raw materials for further processing pursuant to Section 4, paragraph 3 of Decree 143/2008 Coll., on the establishment of further requirements for ensuring the quality and safety of human blood and its components (Decree on Human Blood), including the collection of samples. The central contracting authority and the contracting authority will ensure the collection of samples for laboratory examination in tubes approved by the supplier (service provider).
