The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier, i.e. the determination of framework contractual conditions for individual subcontracts, the subject of which will be the performance of service activities for the technological, safety and measuring systems of the contracting authority installed and operated at the relevant petrol stations. Individual service activities on the contracting authority's systems installed and operated at the relevant petrol stations, which include the provision and performance of operational service - service maintenance and repairs, the provision and performance of prophylactic - technological inspections and related repairs of the relevant equipment, including heavy and light-current distribution, the provision and performance of electrical inspections, including the provision of spare parts and the preparation of documentation required by valid and effective legislation and the contracting authority, are subcontracts awarded by the contracting authority according to its needs on the basis of and in accordance with the framework agreement, which is the subject of the tender procedure.
