The subject of the public contract is the delivery and implementation of the hospital information system (hereinafter referred to as "NIS"), including the provision of user training to the extent specified below and to the extent specified in Annex No. 2a of the Tender Documentation - Technical Specification and Requirements of the NIS. The subject of the public contract also includes the provision of Service-level Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "SLA") and technical support for a period of 36 months from the launch of the NIS into full operation and to the extent specified in Annex No. 2b of the Tender Documentation - SLA Conditions and Criteria for Subsequent Support and Development.
