The subject of the public contract is to ensure support for the operation and development of the agenda and support information systems of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), which includes in particular the implementation of the following activities: • Services for taking over the existing System • Services for supporting the operation of the System (Services S1 – S3) • Services for developing the System within the framework of legislative changes and change requirements • Services for terminating the performance implemented by the gradual exit of services S1 – S3, or parts thereof. This requirement also entails support for transitional architectures and support for data migration. - Exit of individual services or their parts may be carried out before the end of the mandate - Gradual reduction of services S1 – S3 or their parts entails a revision of the contract price. The functionalities of the functional unit of the System are divided into services S1 – S3: • S1 – Employment Agenda • S2 – Social Benefits and Social Services Agenda • S3 – Support Systems The contract mainly concerns the following systems and related applications: • In production operation: ISpráce, ISnouze, IScentrum, CAO, ISstat • In verification operation: Jenda Client Zone, Control Line, HUD (Humanitarian Benefit), EBS (Record of Apartments and Contracts) • In development: New Employment, DSSP, OZP, Shared Components, Register of Entities, Children's Groups A detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in Annex B of the tender documentation, which consists of a binding contract template ("Contract" or "Binding Contract Template"). A detailed description of the services and performance that are the subject of this contract is provided in the Technical Specification, which forms Annex C of the tender documentation. A description of the existing architecture of the System is provided in Annex D of the tender documentation.
