Czechia – Software support services – Technická podpora IS ESS AVISME v letech 2025-2028

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the “VZ”) is the contractor’s obligation to provide the contracting authority with technical support for the operation of the electronic filing service via the Automated Internal Information System (AVISME) (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) for a period of 36 months, consisting of the provision of the following services: S1.1 Technical and user support for common functions of the System, S1.3 Technical and user support of the System – part of the Electronic Filing Service (hereinafter referred to as the “ESS”), S2.2 Ongoing legislative and technological support of the System, including the provision of new versions – part of the ESS, The subject of the contract also includes services on request: S3 Modification of existing functionalities of the System – 570 MD, S4 User training – 75 MD, S6 Analytical and programming services for the implementation of the exit strategy, including consulting services regarding the transition to the new IS – 300 MD, S7.2 Preparation of the methodology for the procedures for performing the filing service conducted via the System – 30 MD, S8 Collaboration in penetration testing, implementation and optimization security measures including response to security incidents – 75 MD. The contracting authority is not obliged to take the entire scope of 1,050 MD if it becomes apparent during the implementation of the subject of the contract that it can be acquired with smaller capacity requirements.
