The subject of the public contract is the implementation of photovoltaic power plants for the Municipal Institute of Social Services Vejprty. This involves the construction of photovoltaic power plants with storage of surpluses in hot water: 1) DZR Krakonoš building, Nerudova 823/ 11, Vejprty, 431 91 PV output 49.50 kWp 2) DSP Vrchlického building, Vrchlického 804/ 6, Vrchlického 670/ 4, Vejprty, 431 91 PV output 31.00 kWp 3) DOZP Kavkaz A building, Vysoká 735/ 9, 431 91 Vejprty PV output 41.50 kWp 4) DZR Dukla building, S. K. Neumanna 842/2, 431 91 Vejprty PV output 49.68 kWp This contract is awarded using the design & build method. An integral part of this contract is: 1) Documentation for the construction, including the necessary engineering work (in particular, a binding opinion from the fire department, heat supplier, etc.) 2) Documentation of the actual construction, 3) Other design and operational documentation necessary for the execution and commissioning of the work (workshop documentation, operational documentation, etc.), 4) Ensuring the first parallel connection, 5) Photovoltaic power plant - (photovoltaic panels, inverters, structural system, electrical installations and directly related work and supplies), 6) Hot water heating including related construction work and supplies 7) Lightning rod for PV power plant (above-ground part), 8) Interception system for PV power plant maintenance and service 9) Other work and material necessary for the completion of the work (implementation of construction work, supplies and services related to the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the tender documentation) 10) Energy management for a period of 5 years from handover and acceptance of the work 11) Service of the PV plant for a period of 5 years from the handover and acceptance of the work.
