The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract for works (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") between the contracting authority and the selected supplier. The subject of the contract is the complete supply, assembly and installation of photovoltaic power plants (hereinafter referred to as "PVP") on buildings owned by České dráhy, a.s. (hereinafter also referred to as "ČD") in the form of Design & Build, according to the list that is part of Annex No. 2 to the contract. The processing is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the selected supplier will ensure in particular the processing of project documentation for a building permit (DPS) and other necessary requirements needed to obtain a building permit (e.g. fire safety solution (PBŘ) etc.), according to the conditions that are specified in detail in particular in Article II of the contract. The contracting authority points out that the participant is limited by the maximum amount allocated for roof modification. This amount is specified in Annex No. 6 of the ZD - total bid price. If this price is exceeded, the participant will be excluded from the tender procedure. In the second phase, the selected supplier will ensure the complete implementation of the photovoltaic power plants, including follow-up and related activities, which are specified in detail in Article II. of Annex No. 1 of the ZD - Binding Model Contract.
