Czechia – Sports facilities operation services – Provozování Sportovního areálu Vltava v Českých Budějovicích

The subject of the performance is a concession, namely the operation, administration and maintenance of the Vltava Sports Complex on land owned by the statutory city of České Budějovice and the provision of related services. The complex will serve primarily for sports, leisure and cultural purposes. A detailed definition of the subject of the concession performance, including technical conditions in the details necessary for processing the offer, is set out in the draft concession agreement, which forms an annex to the tender documentation, or in other annexes to the tender documentation. The payment for the performance provided by the supplier will consist of enabling the supplier to receive benefits resulting from the operation of the complex, including the provision of sports, cultural and leisure events, while the supplier will pay the contracting authority a regular payment consisting of a fixed part of the payment. The amount of the payment is defined in the draft concession agreement, which forms an annex to the tender documentation and is also an evaluation criterion for selecting the operator. The minimum amount of the payment is set at CZK 10,000 excluding VAT per month.
