The subject of the public contract is services consisting of comprehensive delivery and implementation and commissioning services of hardware and software technologies, including the provision of related services, in particular installation, configuration, migration and integration, implementation support, administrator training and processing of operational and security documentation, in order to strengthen cybersecurity. The performance will be implemented with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of cybersecurity, in particular with Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2), Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity and the relevant ISO/IEC 27001 standards and related standards. The performance also includes ensuring technical support from the manufacturer/supplier (including updates and security patches) for a period of 60 months according to the technical specification and contract (this is support from 1 June 2026, support until this date is part of the implementation services).
