The contracting authority will request legal consultancy services in the field of ICT systems management, especially in the scope of specific issues related to information and communication technology law and public procurement law. Legal services will consist mainly of the following activities: a) provision of legal consultancy and consultations, b) preparation of legal analyses, opinions and recommendations, c) preparation of contracts and other documents, d) other activities related to the subject of this category. The activities listed under points a) to c) constitute 85% of the performance. The performance listed in point d) will be supportive of the above points and therefore cannot be defined. Economic consulting services will consist mainly of the following activities: 1. Preparation of a comprehensive economic analysis 2. Implementation of specific data collection methods 3. Data analysis 4. Finalization and final processing of the analysis Not all phases may always be required when implementing a public contract.
