The purpose of this Public Procurement Notice is to conclude a Contract on the basis of which data communication services will be provided via WAN lines, namely, specifically ensuring data interconnection in specified locations of the Czech Public Health Insurance Company with the aim of increasing the reliability, functionality, required transmission capacity and availability of network connection in individual locations of the Czech Public Health Insurance Company. The subject of the public procurement includes: 1.1. Data interconnection services - see Annex No. 3 of the Main Document of the Tender Documentation - "Table of locations, technical parameters and prices of services provided" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Price Table"). Specifically, Sheet No. 2 - "Table of locations, technical parameters and prices of services provided for PHASE 1" - P.No. 1-81 (hereinafter only "Sheet No. 2") and Sheet No. 3 - "Table of locations, technical parameters and prices of services provided for PHASE 2" - P.No. 1-97 (hereinafter only "Sheet No. 3") (hereinafter also only "Services/Service"). The Data Connection Service (included in the price of the Service) includes: a. establishment and activation of the Services, within which the Supplier will ensure the connection of the individual locations of the Client listed in the Price Table - Sheet No. 2 and Sheet No. 3, b. provision of related services including: i. Proactive supervision - resolution of outages; ii. Customer support (24/7 monitoring of Services, help-desk, applications providing information on the utilization of individual Services, proactive information on outages and operational events); iii. Operational statistics - Reports of the Services provided. 1.2.
