The subject of the public contract is the supply and service of a PET-CT device. The supply will include: • transport, assembly, installation, • briefing according to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, • initial acceptance test and possibly measurement of scattered radiation according to Act No. 263/2016 Coll., the Atomic Act, as amended, • initial electrical inspection of a permanently installed medical device according to ČSN EN 33 1500 Z3, • technological project for building modifications to premises including air conditioning, and further building modifications to premises to accommodate the device specified in the ZD, • handover of documents that relate to the delivered goods according to the KS. Detailed technical specifications are given in Annex No. 1 – Technical specifications. The device must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting authority in the technical specifications. If the tender documentation contains the term "option" within the technical specification, this means a requirement for a device that can be used as requested by the contracting authority, i.e. without further financial investments, in any form (purchase, upgrade, service, etc.). The supplier cannot therefore offer only readiness to use this option within this requirement. Within the stated technical parameters, for parameters that are not defined by max., min. or range, a deviation of +/- 10% from the required fixed value is allowed, provided that the stated medical purpose, i.e. its diagnostic or therapeutic use, must be maintained. The supplied device must be new, unused, unrepaired, not mortgaged, not lent, not encumbered by leasing or other legal defects and must not infringe any third party rights to a patent or other form of intellectual property.
