Czechia – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Přeprava a svoz laboratorních vzorků – Ostrava a Karviná

The subject of the public contract is to ensure regular and irregular professional domestic ground transport and collection of laboratory samples (chemical and biological), which are the focus of transport, including professional medical transport of medicinal products, blood and its components or the transport of other biological material and the transport of infectious substances, i.e. dangerous substances of class 6.2 (infectious substances) and class 9 (other dangerous substances and objects) according to the ADR Agreement (hereinafter also "transport and collection of laboratory samples"), transport of instrumentation and other, miscellaneous, unspecified items (hereinafter only "transport of instrumentation") and transport of internal shipments by a supplier - carrier, having at his disposal suitable, specially equipped vehicles, in accordance with Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, as amended, and related regulations and the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (hereinafter only "ADR Agreement"), with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter only "EU General Regulation"), with the Act on the Processing of Personal Data personal data, the valid instructions of the contracting authority for the transport and collection of laboratory samples and laboratory animals and the requirements of the contracting authority's accredited workplaces according to the standards ČSN EN ISO 15189:2013 and ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 as amended.
