These are works that include the maintenance of trees (trees and shrubs), consisting of felling, trimming, milling of trees and disposal of bio-mass, according to the relevant legal regulations and standards, as follows from this contract (hereinafter also the "work"). The work also means its individual part. Felling of trees - this is the felling of the trees in question based on a decision to permit felling of trees, resolving an emergency situation, i.e. immediate removal of uprooted, broken or damaged trees, felling of trees for safety and health reasons, all in full compliance with the arboricultural standards SPPK A02 005:2015 ("Tree felling"), the work must be carried out in accordance with the standards for occupational safety and health protection SPPK 03 001-006, hereinafter referred to as the "standards". Tree and shrub cuttings – will be carried out in full accordance with arborist standards SPPK A02 002:2015 “Tree cutting”, cuts will be specified according to the nature of the tree species and the cutting requirement. Chipping and subsequent transport of the resulting bio-material to a landfill or other location as determined by the relevant authorized representative of the client or for other processing
