Czechia – Tyres for heavy/light-duty vehicles – Zajištění kompletních služeb pneuservisu v sídle zadavatele včetně dodávky pneumatik

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of tire service services at the contracting authority's headquarters at Pod Šancemi 444/1, Prague 9, 190 00, i.e. in particular the replacement, export and disposal of worn tires, the removal of a defect at the place of its occurrence or at the supplier's premises, including possible towing of the vehicle, 24 hours a day, and the supply of tires, protectors, inner tubes, collars, inserts, weights and wheel disks, or other related material for the contracting authority's vehicles (in particular, but not exclusively, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, trucks, sweepers, loaders, mower tractors, trailers). The premises where the tire service will be located are specified in Annex No. 8 to this tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "tire service premises"). The premises of the tire service will be leased to the selected supplier under the conditions specified in Annex No. 8 of this tender documentation and will be handed over to the selected supplier without equipment, the selected supplier will therefore be obliged to provide the tire service premises with its own equipment at its own expense so that it is able to properly fulfill the subject of the public contract. The subject of the performance also includes ensuring the storage of tires, while the contracting authority states that the supplier is obliged to have available premises for the storage of at least 1,400 pcs of the contracting authority's tires, while this number may change during the performance of the public contract. The contracting authority specifies that the tire service premises are adapted to store the specified number of tires.
