The subject of the public contract is the preparation of a spatial plan for the city of Krupka within the scope of the requirements of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), as amended, Decree No. 157/2024 Coll., on spatial analytical documents, spatial planning documentation and a uniform standard, as amended, Decree No. 149/2024 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of the Building Act, as amended, and Decree No. 146/2024 Coll., on construction requirements, as amended. The spatial plan will be prepared for the entire administrative territory of the city of Krupka, which consists of the cadastral area Bohosudov, Fojtovice u Krupky, Habartice u Krupky, Krupka, Horní Krupka, Maršov u Krupky, Mohelnice u Krupky, Nové Modlany, Soběchleby u Krupky, Unčín u Krupky and Vrchoslav with a total area of 46.88 km2, the population as of 1.1.2024 was 12,779. The subject of the contract also includes the contractor's cooperation in meetings convened by the contracting authority in connection with the processing of the work (cooperation in discussing the draft of the Local Planning Authority, participation and professional interpretation at joint meetings and public hearings, cooperation in evaluating the results of the discussion of the draft, etc.). If necessary, the Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with the necessary cooperation in the form of partial personal meetings, consultations, operational statements, opinions, and settlement of comments on the work being performed. The subject of the contract also includes a complete consulting service and the provision of cooperation in the preparation and acquisition of input documents necessary for the processing of the zoning plan.
