The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the gradual supply of vaccines (hereinafter referred to as "goods") intended for the vaccination of individuals (adults and children) against tick-borne encephalitis, in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 537/2006 Coll. on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended, listed in Annex 5 of the Contract Documents (Price offer with technical specifications, which also includes information on the expected quantity of supplies for the duration of the contract), delivered to individual selected workplaces of the contracting authority listed in Annex 6 of the Contract Documents.
