The subject of this tender is the supply of a complete mobile biomass processor with a three-axle trailer chassis, hydraulic drive, and a maximum permissible gross weight of 25,500 kg. The BA926 series from the manufacturer Jenz is considered the benchmark product. Equivalent products may be offered, provided the minimum requirements of the tender are met. The machine must have a belt trough approximately 4,250 mm long, a rotor with a diameter of approximately 1,000 mm, and a conveyor belt for material discharge with a maximum discharge height of 5,000 mm. It will be powered by a diesel engine with a minimum output of 400 kW (emissions standard V according to 97/68/EC). Both new and demonstration machines may be offered, provided the number of operating hours for the drive engine and rotor system does not exceed 1,200. The entire contract will be awarded in a single lot. The contractual scope of services includes the following (ancillary) services: • Transfer/handover/acceptance of the biomass processor at the TBR site in Reutlingen • Approval according to the German Road Traffic Act (StVZO) • Provision of the required technical documentation • Instruction and training (including accident prevention regulations) of the client's operating and workshop personnel at the future location of the vehicle in Reutlingen • Ensuring the supply of spare parts for the most common spare parts for a period of 10 years after handover.
