As part of the supplementary medical supply stockpiling (§ 23 ZSKG) for civil protection and disaster relief, broad-spectrum antibiotics are being procured for the treatment and prophylaxis of bacterial infections. These are ciprofloxacin film-coated tablets. The active ingredient content is 500 mg per tablet, and the tablets have a score line for equal doses. Blister packs (waterproof and vapor-proof) are to be used as primary packaging. Each secondary package contains 10 to 30 tablets. The tablets offered must be marketable and prescribable in Germany. Storage of the medication (up to 18 months) can be offered as an option for each lot. Delivery can be made to various locations within Germany. The delivery clause "DPU named place of delivery Incoterms® 2020" applies to all deliveries. The total order is divided into the following lots: This procedure involves 14 identical lots. Each lot comprises 200,000 tablets, each containing 500 mg of ciprofloxacin. This corresponds to 10,000 boxes of 20 tablets each. If the number of tablets per box differs, the number of boxes will be adjusted accordingly. The actual quantity delivered may deviate by -0% / +5% of 200,000 tablets to avoid unfavorable shipping package sizes. Ideally, the option of storing the medication for a maximum of 18 months can be offered for each lot. This is an option, and neither the bidder nor the contracting authority is obligated to offer or accept this service. | See Lot 1
