The following uses are planned for the buildings: B1.1: commercial, upper floors residential; B1.2: corner building, commercial; B1.3: commercial on the ground floor, residential on the upper floors. Archaeological finds from excavations are located within the Lot 1 area and are to be integrated into the buildings. Lot 1 is estimated to have a total gross floor area of approximately 8,800 m², plus approximately 200 m² of basement space below the courtyard. Construction costs for Lot 1 (cost groups 300+400 according to DIN 276) are estimated at approximately €18.0 million gross. Seven applications, plus three alternates, with the highest scores will be selected to participate in the competition for Lot 1. Three consortia have already been pre-selected.
