Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Fachplanung HLS (2) - Eugen-Bolz-Gymnasium

This contract is for specialist planning services for heating, ventilation, and plumbing installations for the new construction and renovation of the Eugen-Bolz-Gymnasium in the city of Rottenburg am Neckar. The tendered contract includes: - Specialist planning services for the technical building equipment (heating/ventilation/plumbing, Section 55 HOAI) for plant groups 1/2/3 (Section 53 HOAI); - Service phases 1-9 (phased commissioning); - for each of construction phases 1 to 3. The project is to be funded according to the administrative regulations of the Ministries of Education, Finance, and the Interior for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of school building construction by municipal school authorities (Administrative Regulation on School Building Funding - VwV SchulBau). Any other funding programs and associated requirements must be observed (e.g., equalization fund).
