Scope of Services: Services are commissioned in accordance with Sections 34 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI, covering service phases 2 to 9. The client intends to commission the services in stages. Initially, service phases 2 to 4 will be commissioned. Commissioning of service phases 5 to 9 is optional. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of services beyond service phases 2 to 4. Please informally name any necessary subcontractors for the respective subject matter of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to request further documentation of suitability. According to the contract, the contractor is to provide the following services in the first stage: 1. Basic Services: The contractor is to provide service phases 2 to 4 of Section 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI. The basic services according to Annex 10.1 HOAI for the service phases listed in Section 34 Paragraph 4 and Section 35 Paragraph 7 are to be performed. The following services will be provided by the client and are not part of the contract: (omitted) 2. Additional Services (voluntary information, optional commissioning)  Planning and consulting services regarding thermal insulation and energy balance  Fire protection concept in accordance with AHO No. 17, phases 1-4. The commissioning of the second stage is optional according to the contract. The following services are to be provided within the scope of the second stage: 1. Basic Services The contractor is to provide phases 5 to 9 of Section 34 Paragraph 3 of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The basic services according to Annex 10.1 of the HOAI for the service phases listed in Section 34 Paragraph 4 and Section 35 Paragraph 7 are to be performed.
